I love a grilled rib eye steak on the bone. Had one last week with melted gorgonzola. However, the mighty Porterhouse has the best of both worlds! Cooked well, but not charred--no pink!

While I love a nice rib eye thick with dry rub and baked or thin on the grill with seasoning, the mighty Porterhouse is the undisputed champion.
