Poll: Cornmeal on Pizza Crust, Way or No Way?

Is it cornmeal that is typically used, or is it semolina, which is a variety of wheat? Cornmeal burns easily so I feel like most pizza makers use semolina.

Joe Alternatives: A Cup of Hot Brown, Hold the Coffee

Celestial Seasonings makes a tea called Roastaroma that is similar in flavor to coffee. It is completely herbal and includes chicory.

And yes, Dandelion root has that toasty flavor reminiscent of coffee, but I think Roastaroma is a bit closer.

Taste Test: Greek Yogurt

I bought a tub of the Greek Gods stuff because I wanted to try something cheaper than Fage. Greek Gods was NOT worth the money I saved. It wasn't nearly as thick and had tiny little lumps.

I bought some Oikos which isn't all that much cheaper than Fage, but hopefully is better than Greek Gods.

What Weird Family Foods Did You Grow Up Thinking Were Normal?

Cook the Book: 'Almost Meatless'

I love what I call 'grain bowls' that are any combination of:
-a grain (brown rice, barley, quinoa)
-tofu
-garlic
-onion
-a vegetable, usually leafy green (kale, cabbage)
-topped with a poached egg

The tofu and egg make the dish seem meaty while keeping it vegetarian.
