As a college student I'd love to see the everyday staples that people eat at food trucks dressed up. Sausage Egg and cheese translates to: eggs with Manchego, thin cut pork fennel sausage, holandaise, all on a fresh baked long roll.
Or perhaps he could show his true culinary genius and manage to dress up one of my roomates childhood favorite: open faced white bread with a heaping pile of mayonnaise.
