This is a silly suggestion. Years ago we went to Le Ciel de Paris on top of the Tour Montparnasse. The view from the tall building is magnificent and I will always remeber the sun setting and the lights of all PAris and the Eiffel Tower coming on. The food is not magniificent so you have to eat the view, but the view cannot be found in any other city. Happy Birthday!
