these guys rock. we used to have our chucks flown in from niman ranch ca and mike (the owner at the time) would handle all of our processing and grinding for us (sparky's). they were a great crew and his mom used to make great meatballs in the back.

City Bakery Peanut Butter Cookie: One of New York's Best Under-A-Dollar Treats

Please! Try the cookies at Nina's on 17th Street between 5th and 6th. Down the little stairway below the Chelsea Inn. They are $1 so technically not under but between 4-5pm they are 50cents each and WAY WAY better than that usually dried out cookie.
