My husband and I are hosting a Chopped dinner party this Sunday. We're trying to decide what 5 ingredients to put in the main entree basket. I"d like to use an interesting meat and then local, fresh vegetables but am at a loss on how to get started. I definitely want to include one special, X-factor, ingredient.

My husband and I have family traveling to St. Louis for Thanksgiving weekend. We are looking for a good restaurant that serves a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. We'd like a 'homey' type atmosphere, somewhere nice but still casual and relaxed, that is semi-affordable (maybe a $30-40 pp price range). Any suggestions?

We made this last night for dinner. I used chicken chorizo from Whole Foods. It was wonderful. I"m not sure what the cheese rind did for the soup. May leave this out next time. Definitely, a keeper!
