i also tinkered -- fresh grape tomatoes for sundried, shallot for fennel, and i totally forgot the arugula (which i will remember next time). it was awesome! easy and so tasty.

i made this for lunch this week, and it's great! the mayonaisse in the dressing is not like a macaroni salad at all. it all blends together to coat perfectly. yum!
