The last time I came across this, I wasted 3 cups of oil to get broken Mayo. May the trick is in the "tipping" of the blender in stead of slowly raising it?

have you tried a trash can turkey? It was the most moist turkey ever. Briefly put turkey on a vertical roaster, cover with metal trash can, put coals around the base of can and on top and cook for 1.5 hours. I have pictures if interested.
