A Rekindled Interest in At-Home Pizzamaking

Wow, that pizza looks amazing ! It looks like you used a Kitchenaid Mixer to knead the dough - did you use the dough hook and at what speed did you set the machine? I've been wanting to push my machine to a higher speed but the manual says to keep the mixer at 2 when using the hook.

When I eat alone, the treat is really in not having to choose something to make and not having to cook anything. So I snack on crackers, bagels, cherry tomatoes, toast with butter and jam and especially fresh popcorn.

I live alone, so I eat alone most of the time. I really like the frozen fish that comes individually packed because I can take it out of the freezer the night before or even that morning and I don't have to worry about mediocre leftovers. I also like eating breakfast foods for dinner since making up a nice omelet is a quick and easy meal.
