Went from working in Restaurants for years to working the Corperate grind. Loves cooking and trying anything new. (Plus camping. Nothing beats cooking in a Dutch Oven or over an open flame!)

Very happy for this post. Waited tables for 5+ years. This day ranks up there as being as bad as New Years Eve. You never get your reservation on time. We give lousy service from being so overwheled. The your date crys. Ughhh just stay home and cook!
Can't wait to see this in stores. I love drinking my gin straight. Can't do so with many gins, usually Hendrick's for that.

I attended the Saturday screenings and have do disagree with the choice of Ice cream sandwiches from Pat and Stick's Great Big Ice Cream Sandwich Adventure. I thought the ice cream had a very off taste to it. I would nominate the hangover bun or bark's hot dogs for best in-theater bite!
I was also at the screening on Saturday. This was a great film! Me and one of my friends had the pleasure of talking to Stefan as the tastings were winding down. Such a nice guy! Awesome maple taffy as well.

I've been testing out the cold brewing method for the past few weeks, and I have to say, it yields some delicious tea. I usually end up drinking the entire pitcher before I even get a chance to make and add some simple syrup! I did also try the process with green tea, but I didn't like it as much as black. Its very mild. Thanks again for the great ideas, looking forward to more!!!

Its just never worth the 2 hour wait :/ I'm pretty sure they all have a side counter where you can just get the cheesecake to go. Plus their drinks are insanely overpriced. $10 for a sangria with house red wine? Way to much.
At an old place I worked, we had a cork board in back where we would put all the numbers, business cards, or napkins with numbers we received :)

From the serving end its not as fun. I worked at an ice cream parlor for 5 years. I didn't mind when peoples wanted to try one or two interesting flavors, But when parents would encourage their kids to try 10 different kinds was just annoying. Then there were also people who would just have to try samples of vanilla and chocolate. Come'on! you know what those taste like!!!

I live off the pomegranate flavor. I like Okios' (spelling?) key lime flavor too. Not so sweet, just the right amount of tang.
