Favorite foods: Anything Turkish, anything Italian (esp. from Tuscany and Emilio-Romagna north), anything made with fresh ingredients and lots of love.
Last bite on earth: A Turkish Iskender kebab -- triangles of fresh, thick pita bread with savory lamb, thick yogurt, tomato sauce and a drizzle of browned butter.
