My most recent favorite pork memory is making grilled peanut butter and bacon sandwiches at home. Definitely best if you use natural peanut butter and makes for a very rich dish!

Wow, picking *one* chocolate dessert is hard! But I guess I'd have to go with brownies. By themselves they're fabulous and even a not so great brownie is usually pretty okay. Heat it and put some ice cream on top and it becomes even more fabulous!
