Bionicos, a mexican fruit salad

When in California I fell in love with Bionicos. It is a fresh fruit salad, mine included apple, banana, strawberries, papaya, dried coconut, served in a large cup. It is filled with a white, sweet drink on top of the fruit, and then has some crunchy granola on top. You eat it with a spoon, and it is delicious. I haven't seen them in the NYC area, but would love to. Anyone know about these?
