A Serious Eater vs. college food.
As a high school senior with a love of great food, I am a bit anxious about a year of dining hall food ahead of me. Any tips on how to eat decently in the dorms or should I just suck it up and dream of future meals?
I enjoyed Jarritos as a kid at Mexican restaurants, but I recently tried one again and found it assaultingly sweet and sugary. I didn't finish it for fear that my teeth would begin to instantly decay. I agree with one comment that suggested cutting the sugar content in half.
We eat them often here in Arizona, broken open with an (un)healthy drizzle of honey inside. Sticky, messy, and delicious.

These international Pizza Huts do not understand the forces that they meddle with... it is only a matter of time until they so break the laws of pizza that they create a cheese-filled black hole which destroys the Earth.

I ate at Pizzicletta just last night. Had a pie with gorgonzola dulce, kale, and almonds that was supremely rich in flavor and had beautifully chewy cornicone.

Ever had ginger on a pizza? I had a pie with shaved ginger and lemons and pecorina cheese at the wonderful Pizzicletta in Flagstaff, AZ. The ginger paired surprisingly well with the strong cheese.

I live in Flagstaff, Arizona, and Pizzicleta's SS-145 pie with Gorgonzola dulche, charred kale, toasted almonds, and EVOO is my idea of heaven.
