Angorian, we purchased the photo, as we do all iStock images we use on Serious Eats, so our use of the image is definitely cool. That I neglected to include the artist's name/username was an oversight. I was under the impression that crediting istockphoto as an entity was enough, but your comment prompted me to reread the user agreement, which states username must also be mentioned. I have now brought the credit line up to snuff and have alerted other Serious Eats staffers to this new information. Thanks for pointing that out.
