To Eat or Not to Eat? That Is the Question
More quantitative goals will be easier to achieve, and you've got some already (working out 5x weekly).
But "eat less", "eat more fruits", etc... they are prone to a shifting target mindset.
Eat one piece of fresh fruit for breakfast and 2 servings of veggies at lunch might be a good start. Or even, "I will work out Mon-Wed-Thurs-Fri-Sun" instead of just "5x weekly" might be better....
The more specific the more likely you can hold yourself to it.

About 2 years ago a friend of mine started wearing a shirt that said, "I'm blogging this." and it was certainly curious at the time, even though it was relevant given she had just founded our city's go-to blog/portal.
Taking photos while eating is absolutely common now, perhaps the uncommon is only when EVERYone in the party is taking photos of every single dish. As a reviewer, the practice has gone from a red flag to a good 'cover', frankly - because why would someone trying to lay low expose themselves like that? It's very handy.
