second Sarge's- huge portion of it too.. I'm all for old school joints serving up homemade hash, but I'm definitely interested to see if people have some good rec's for places that put their own spin on corned beef hash

I agree that you leave Wonjo reeking of smoke and meat, but they have good quality meat and the banchan is above average. That said, I'd go for Don's Bogam between 5th and Madison. Their banchan isn't stellar, but they have the tastiest meat in K-town in my opinion. Plus, the atmosphere is classy yet casual, and they have an extensive wine list, comparatively speaking.
