yep I've already started cooking! I've so far made chao with salmon (since it's easier to chew), cauliflower and cheddar soup, butternut squash, and pistachio flan to help me out the first few days.
Thanks you guys! I'm having them out on Friday. I'm a bit nervous, but kinda excited to be making soup through the next week. It's been far too long since I had a good cup of soup.
@Mr. Nick ahaha it could be interpreted in two ways ;). Isn't food about the people we can share it with too?

My favorite memory is when I went to Vietnam with my parents as a child. My aunts and uncles cooked a dish of escargot simmered in a chili salty soy glaze. The taste is something that still sticks out with me to this day because it was my first exposure to truly spicy cuisine (I was only 5).
