Erin, it was nice to meet you yesterday at the Unfancy Food Show. I think my favorite item was the Salvatore Brooklyn ricotta. Ate it straight out of the container with just a drizzle of honey.

Wild Mushroom Bundles sounds really good. we always like to do at least one mushroom dish for the table. I looked at alternative to turkey, but was disappointed that there was only one veg idea and it sounded kind of gross. We have so many guests that we like to provide many different options to choose from.

Well, never had a fresh turkey before, so making Lidia Bastianich's Broccoli Rabe with Oil and Garlic would be a first too , I think both would be awesome to try.

Since my daughter is having surgery on Monday before the big day, our choice for this year is the Easy Thanksgiving Menu.
