Depression Food
I would advise eating seafood or flax. Omega 3 has been shown to improve depression...in fact a lot of diagnosed "depression" can be linked to nutritional deficiencies. My advice-see a therapist and start eating fish and/or flax daily.

Savenor's is pricey-but they have a real butcher and also offer classes in butchery. I bet they could get you what you need.

This recipe takes some time, but should be made a day or so ahead of time...mostly because it needs to simmer for 2 hours. This will leave your time free for other activities. Tagine is a nutritious and rich meal that she is sure to love.
