I'm so glad this place is getting some recognition! This is a true hidden jewel of the Bay Area. I lived on the tri-tip sandwiches when I went to Cal. The smoothies are excellent too. Delicious and reasonably affordable!

Learning the wide variety of things that a slow cooker can make has definitely been a time saver. Maybe a little prep the night before, dump everything in before work in the morning, and the best smells greet you when you come home!

Roasted asparagus are the best! ... actually I am currently into almost any vegetable roasted. The dry heat concentrates the flavor and its awesome! Does it still count if there is bacon wrapped around the asparagus?

I have sourdough starter that's 5 years old. I love using that because it's supposed to do something for insulin - either make it come or make it go away - whatever it is that is good for diabetics.
