We grill all the time, It is just so much easier and less messy than cooking indoors, not to mention, when you cook on a stove in the dead of summer your house get soooooo!!! hot
My favorite condiments for grilling would have to be: Italin dressing , Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic ( anyway it comes...minced, whole, chopped) you cant go wrong!!! LOVE IT

Everyones favorite part about my cooking is the appetizer I fix, They love my proscutto and goat cheese wraps...Really simple to a little procsutto and goat cheese in an egg roll wrapper, wrap tight and deep fry till golden brown served with a fig dipping sauce or just by itself!! really good

Okay if I had to have my last meal, it would be everthing I like, I would want Cheese and Chocolate fondu from the melting Pot, I would like A BIG FAT Lobster tail with drawn butter,, a bowl of lobster bisque, oh and I guess, some Shrimp Scampi , Grillled Scallops and a little Prime Rib with ajus!!
Hey if it's a last meal " I AM EATING GOOD!!!!! "
I would eat it with my husband and kids, as much as I would like to eat with Gene Simmons from KISS, If it was the last meal ever, I would have to have my family!!! and I would want to eat it at home!!
