A Burger That Falls Short of Greatness at Maxie's Bar & Grill
I recently tried the Kobe beef burger at Uncle Jack's Steakhouse on 56th St., and everything about it was just right--all rich and juicy, perfect texture, perfectly cooked (I can't believe that first picture!). I hadn't had Kobe beef before, but it was definitely worth it! And it comes with all kinds of toppings, onions and tomatoes and things, which is always a plus in my book. Big, crispy steak fries. I'm definitely going back the next time I need a burger.
