So this past August I was in Thailand for a few weeks. I went to a few sushi places and they had this awesome spice they had on the table along with the soy sauce. It was almost like a cross between seasoned salt and ground red pepper. It was AMAZING on the sushi.

Does anyone know what this stuff is called? My host and his wife didn't quite know what it was and I have been craving it ever sense I left.
