When I was a child, my family rafted down the Rio Grande. One day we crossed the river into Mexico, walked along dusty roads...saw cockfighting in a dusty fenced-in yard. We then entered a white building with the interior the size of a walk-in closet and ate the best damn burritos ever. Strolling back to our boat, we saw the same little waitress senora that served us washing our dishes in that big, dusty river.
