I apologize for not being more detailed. I have a lot of information and research already from various sources. This was just to see if someone might write something I did know.

I am sure those of you who are native to the region have knowledge of mid-atlantic cuisine that some books do not. I would much rather hear it from the horse's mouth, if you will.

Just looking for any facts relating to the region. General knowledge of agriculture, culinary history, recipes, food stories, etc.
