First Look at the New Yankee Stadium Food
Just gonna say I am going to both stadiums tomorrow. Opening day at Yankee stadium, than off to Citi field. I am going to just gorge away all day on delicious, yet overpriced, food.

Apparently the first rule to being a successful vendor is to have three arms, as pictured in the first photo.

Serious Heat: Cajun Deep-Fried Ribs
I would really appreciate a recipe for a cajun marinade, not a link to a site to buy one. I mean this really seems up my alley and I want to make this , but I want to make it from scratch, meaning the marinade.
Cook the Book: ''Wichcraft'
peanut butter, bacon, bananas, and some honey drizzled on, than grilled. I would love to see that done with some gourmet ingredients. The Elvis sandwich fit for a king. ( pun intended)

as little done to the seafood as possible, raw, such as sushi grade makes me very happy. I do like some garlic, lemon and butter on most of my seafood, but not too much so as to only taste the seasoning, the flavors of the seafood must be the predominant flavor.
Bacon grease
Bacon grease is amazing, do not throw it away. When I cook cheeseburgers on my stove top in a pan I grease the pan with the bacon fat. It adds such great flavor to the meat. I use it to grease the pan when cooking eggs at times. It just adds such great flavor when used in place of oils at times.
Michelle Obama Makes a Cheeseburger Run
I had five guys burgers yesterday. Oh man was it good. I am partial to getting it with hot sauce, jalapenos, and raw onion. Damn good. Side note- I feel I have to always say I had five guys burgers and not just say i had five guys today, because sometimes I get awkward looks from people when I say things like " oh man I had five guys for the first time and it was everything I hoped for."

um, the owner of that establishment is just creepy. I mean I am down for eating a ridiculous cheeseburger at a good old fashioned burger joint, but this dude reminds me of some con man. His place is just a novelty, it seems like it is just about shock value for this place. This burger place disgusts me in the fact that I truly feel that this owner is just doing this for plain old shock value to garner interest and make a buck, not for the love of the food.
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Two Peter Luger Steaks
Bone in ribeye... but come on were talking Peter Luger steaks here, any steak from there makes my mouth water.
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Zingerman's Praise the Lard Gift Box
The first time I had a bacon grilled cheese. It was as if a light bulb went off in my head saying "wow, bacon really does make everything better... especially when paired with hot gooey cheese". From than on I have ascribed to that mentality, that bacon makes just about everything better.

I agree Adam...I think the whole schitck is exactly that....a schtick. If thier food was any good maybe I'd be more inclined to eat there again.

They're just trying to tap into the whole shock/controversy thing...and unfortunately that does work. Those news stations can't get enough of it. If you really want to dislike them watch the video on their homepage (How to Kill a Giant):

About: I have been called a skinny fat guy because I have such a passion for food and yet am relatively thin.
Favorite foods: Just good quality food. Anything that tastes good is fine by me, better if accompanied by a nice frosty beer.
Last bite on earth: Prime aged rib eye with a nice salt and pepper crust topped with a fried egg, with a side of fried onions, mashed potatoes, and thick bacon. ( at the moment)
