About: Started grilling in college on my Dad's old Weber and 30 years later, grill 3-5x a week and launched a new grilling system called GrillGrates.
Favorite foods: Anything grilled: Pizza, Fish, Brats, any and all meats. Now eating veggies that I never ate until grilling them. Doing the entire meal on da Grill
Last bite on earth: Hog Snapper or mahi mahi, that I caught and cooked myself!
That does it! I am going to brine the bird and grill it. I mentioned to my wife that Alton Brown does not agree with stuffing birds. She took insult at first but then coyly said that if I wanted to grill the bird this year why didn't I just ask? I've got Weber's recipe from their holiday email blast and pleased to see this one. You guys have set a high standard to meet. Thanks!
