i loved vietnamese glutinuous rice cake. it was sold by this one store in my town and it closed down a while ago. i got so excited every time my mom got it for me.
I'm wondering if the New School still offers classes under the Culinary Arts program? I keep seeing Food studies, which offers more management and history courses, but a year ago I found a couple blogs talking about the culinary arts program! Help! Thank you =)
