Sucks, SUCKS, SUCKS.
Worst service i have ever seen. I live here in PB and order a cheeseburger from there about once every 2 weeks or more.
Hands down rockys has the best burgers in all of San Diego, but the customer service is atrocious.
First off the owner must be a cheap bastard because they do not even take credit or debit.
Second their is only one guy working behind the bar doing everything.
Just the other day i called them to order a burger to go and the phone was busy for over 20 min. Finally when i got through they said 30 min wait.
When i got there the guy behind the bar was playing with the remote control messing with the TV for no joke 5 min while he had at least 10 people waiting on him. I stood at the end of the bar with my money out and he just walked past me 3 times have no order of helping anyone. That guy is so rude and gives the impression he could care less.
One guy that works there is courteous at least.
The place is always packed, their is no part of the bar where u can place an order, everything takes for ever, no waitress so you have to lean over other people at the bar to get your food.
I just can not get over how much this place sucks even if i say it is a must try burger.
