I ALWAYS CHECK THE SALT CONTENT OF THE FOOD I EAT BY TAKING MY BLOOD PRESSURE 15 MINUTES AFTER A MEAL. AFTER EATING THIS BURGER, IT WAS 195/112. NEXT TIME, I'LL HAVE IT WITHOUT KETCHUP!
