Kona Kampachi: The Wonder Fish
Carnivorous fish still aren't the 'wonder fish,' despite marketing claims otherwise. Every time you move up a trophic level, you're still losing about 90% of the energy. Eating herbivores represents a 90% loss from their plant-based feed, so eating a carnivore represents a 90% loss of a 90% loss. So while eating these 'new' tuna is better than eating other (highly endangered) species of tuna, it still doesn't beat eating tilapia or catfish that have been sustainably farmed.

I know this is horrible, but...those really, really soft round cookies that supermarkets sell in their baked good departments, the kind with florescent frosting and usually a few sprinkles. They come in plastic containers, and if I ever get one, I abandon all other food.
