i usually make a few small things and just snack through the night. might start with some eggs then some salad later then something easy and carby like pasta or rice then some fruit later on. If that's still not enough then i reach for my signature snack, a mix of peanuts raisins and chocolate chips :)

my biggest success is sitting in my kitchen right now. guinness chocolate cupcakes filled with whiskey ganache and covered in baileys buttercream. The cupcakes came out the perfect consistency, the flavors and textures are perfect together. It is perfection in cupcake form and they're going quickly!

I have made my great grandmother's carrot and zucchini o-shaped loaf for my in-laws for the past three years. I surround the loaf with and put in the middle tons of roasted broccoli - definitely a crowd pleaser, as it goes fantastic with the turkey and mashed potatoes and all the other classic sides!
