OK here goes, I will thrown off thye Ilsand if and when they read this. J&P's pizza could be ok if they used the grated type of mozzerella instead of those so-called cubes of cheese. Do go on Friday night or Sunday after church, they speed up the ovens so that the cheese and sauce just lay in the center of the pie. The crust is like a matzo!!!! brittle and tasteless. They do have their fans but it's hard to understand why, when you have Brothers and Denino's 5 minutes away.
