Ahhhh the Painkiller.... pretty much lived on these this past April sailing in the BVI. Don't forget the freshly grated nutmeg. Really makes the drink. Pusser's Bars make them from P1 to P4, depending on how much rum you like. A few P4's will put you down in a hurry.
