Chibotta bread with garlic olive oil brushed on melted goat cheese, freshly made mozzarella cheese, spinach with basil wilted and prosciutto with a few finely chopped sun dried tomato tomatoes !!! Yummy !!

My sandwich was one I paid for at a sandwich shop. The idea sounds good but the exicution was all wrong.
Turkey (like left over thanksgiving turkey) with cornbread stuffing and carnberry mayo. Maybe it tasted so bad because it wasn't my thanksgiving left overs it was some want to be thanksgiving dinner that never made it to the table.
