My girlfriend and I are staying in Princeville and heading to Poipu for the day. Any reccomendations for lunch/dinner in Poipu?

I'm looking for somewhere to eat in Boston on Saturday Night, akin to maybe a Back Forty, or Dell'Anima, or even Otto. Something with a true and hands-on exec chef, approachable food, at a medium-rare to medium-well pricepoint, for an engagement party dinner of about 10 to12. I went to college at BC, but my budget (starving student) and tastes (Eagle's Deli and Busch Light) were...well...different. Any thoughts? Unfortunately, there is no Eater: Boston to steer me with the latest dirt and news. Ha! Thanks!
