Taste Test: Is There Good Pinot Noir Under $15?

I'm a big fan of Hangtime New Zealand Pinot Noir. I've been getting the 2006 vintage for about $12. I'm a fan of New Zealand Pinot in general, and sometimes you can find good deals w/ pinot's from that part of the world. It's also worth looking into German Pinot (spatburgunder) for some good finds.
