My dad gave me his first cookbook when I was younger - I don't recall the name but it was geared towards kids. It really explained things so you could understand at a lower level. It made me love trying out new recipes!

Lasagna - there are so many varieties and all of them are yummy! I think one of my favorites is using zucchini instead of noodles. It tastes great!

I grilled veggies - zucchini, onions, red and green bell peppers - together then drizzled Italian dressing over it, tossed and served with grated Parmesan cheese. It was a huge hit and is asked for again & again. It's so easy!
