Cook the Book: 'Almost Meatless'
I'm a big fan of stuffed eggplant - I stuff eggplants from the garden with the sauteed inner meat of the eggplant, cooked brown rice, garden fresh tomatoes and parsley, some canned beans, zucchini and feta cheese. It's a very filling staple in our house.
Kellogg's Saves Mother's Cookies
I grew up in CA as a little girl and ate these til I swear i'd bleed bright pink and sprinkles. This brand is fabulous!! Love these - glad Kelloggs is going to take them over.

I don't know about cinnamon raisin bread, but cranberry walnut bread is great for a turkey sandwich - so I would have to think I could take the swing in to using cinnamon raisin bread for a savory sandwich.
