The truth needs to be told in the ads and not so much the fine print. If there is a limit or such on something it needs to be where it can readily be seen by the customer. Not in the fine print which is usually overlooked. This is what leads to problems with customers when they are told there is a limit or certain things are excluded because the company told personnel what had to be enforced. The store caves in in the end because they are expected to "give the customer what they want" to retain their business.
