Well almost anything of course, but my favorite is probably just whole wheat toast with peanut butter and sriracha, a Mark Bittman suggestion!
Cook the Book: 'The Essential New York Times Cookbook'
Joy of Cooking is my most used for sure. Most basic recipes I would want for whatever are in there. I had the urge for beef stroganoff just the other day and turned to this trusty cookbook.
