I must say it's kind of sad that after a vegan posts something in praise of AHT two of the first comments are on the negative side. Although my girlfriend and I are currently omnivores, she previously was a vegetarian for about 14 years. Every time this fact comes up two to three people have to jump in and ask her a litany of questions, always wondering why she would do such thing.
