Ah, I did not use enough! But it still turned out good. Next time I'll thin it a bit more. I did use edamame for the bean, which worked well.

You'll want to use between 1/3 and 1/2 cup. But after pulsing the butter in, I would just drizzle until you get that "pesto" consistency, and thin it after with pasta water.

I'm always excited to see a new 'French in a Flash' and never disappointed! I love your stories and your beautiful writing Kerry :) and the fact that you always have incredible recipes - that's just the icing on the cake! This pasta dish sounds amazing. Can't wait to try it.
