Oikos Yogurt

I like Oikos more than Fage only because it's organic. I prefer the texture of Fage but I'm not sure about the quality of milk used?? Lately I;ve been a HUGE fan of Siggi's celandic yogurt. If you like super thick Greek yogurt than you'll love this stuff. They have really exotic flavors like pear and mint and orange and ginger. I think it's even more thick than Oikos or Fage. AND it's made in NY from grass-fed cows. Which is awesome :)

Great! I'm so glad to hear you stayed... I'll check out the image issue. I was really nervous about the writing... I still have a ton of editing to do... and like I said, it's been a long time since I have written in length.

Oikos Yogurt

I like Fage but find it very overpriced for a rather small cup -- Oikos is good, but lately I've switched to Chobani Greek yogurt--available at Whole Foods and other stores in northern New Jersey -- it comes in flavors, but I always get the Vanilla and add trail mix, gogi berries, etc. to it -- delicious -- and the price is less than Fage,

Oikos Yogurt

Trader Joe's makes a nice greek yogurt that's much cheaper and suffices (for me) instead of Fage. You just have to stir it up a bit to get it to the right consistency.

Oikos Yogurt

I've been making my own yogurt, using Fage as the initial culture, and when my culture starts to get worn out, I buy another little Fage. I have the Donvier yogurt maker, as well as the Donvier yogurt strainer to strain off the excess liquid, and the resulting strained yogurt tastes just like Fage, for about 1/3 the price.

Maybe traffic is booming or something? It took awhile for it to load. BUT I like the writing. It could maybe use a few more pictures of food though. Nice job!
