Thank you for such a lovely recipe. I recently tried an almond cake recipe from an Italian cookbook I received as a Christmas gift. It was hard and dry so I went to the internet to try again and found yours. My little town didn't have almond flour in any grocery store - so I had to use plain all purpose and it was still really good --- VERY good actually. Next time I'm in the big city I'll get myself to a good grocery store and get a bag of almond flour and try it again.
I'll be looking through the whole seriouseats site now for more great recipes. Thank you!
