@Tupper I have to agree! Nothing's better than the perfume of freshly baked bread.
To be honest- I am the first one in my family to be a spice-fiend.
I am a huge cinnamon fan and whenever I bake, there is at least one shake of ground cinnamon somewhere in there, in the recipe or not.
I'm not a huge fan of cloves. Or savory spices, for that matter. I tend to use some heat when I cook though, usually cayenne.
