@Tupper I have to agree! Nothing's better than the perfume of freshly baked bread.
To be honest- I am the first one in my family to be a spice-fiend.
I am a huge cinnamon fan and whenever I bake, there is at least one shake of ground cinnamon somewhere in there, in the recipe or not.
I'm not a huge fan of cloves. Or savory spices, for that matter. I tend to use some heat when I cook though, usually cayenne.
I am a notorious bread baker and I am extremely partial to crusty french bread, as well as pan de agua.
There are countless variations of bread- most of which I'm probably not familiar with, and also, I'm always up for bake-talk.
So anyways, french bread, you?

I'll admit that I was a little bit slow jumping on the flax seed bandwagon. Maybe it was an anti-hype reaction. Before I baked with them, I sampled whole light flax seeds and I was surprised to find they actually tasted good. Here's a way to incorporate flax into your bread (and your diet.) More
