Robyn Eckhardt is a Malaysia-based writer and recipe developer whose work has appeared in The New York Times, Saveur and The Wall Street Journal Asia. She co-publishes the award-winning food blog EatingAsia. A little over 15 years ago, Robyn visited Turkey for the first time and fell in love with the country, its people, and its food. In fall 2017, Rux Martin Books/Houghton Mifflin Harcourt will publish her first cookbook, on the foods of Istanbul and eastern Turkey.
