Butter Crust recipe for Pizza
Chicago has a number of Pizza places that serve cracker-thin, crisp "butter crust", as they call it. Does anyone have a recipe for it, or ideas on how to come close?

Pizano's (Chicago--somehow related to the Malnati's) makes fabulous thin buttercrust pizza. That's what I'm looking to learn how to make.
