Hey, in the ingredients it calls for two chiles, in step 2 you've only got on there. What do you do with the other chile? I was going to give it to the baby, but I figured what the hey and threw them both in the blender. It's cooking now, smells lovely.

My Dad's signature dish - grilled hamburgers the size and shape of an adult male's fist (picture spherical and about 4" in diameter) charred to a black mess on the outside, untouched by heat in the center . We grew up with those just about EVERY weekend, every summer. Seriously, he NEEDS this book =)
